How do I place an order?
We accept orders through our website by adding the items that you would like to purchase into your cart and then checking out. You can also call us toll free at 1-877-EASY818 (877-327-9818).

When will I receive my order?
We have warehouses located throughout the country and ship from whichever one is closest to you, but generally it takes anywhere from 3-7 business days to arrive via ground shipping, depending on how far away you are located.
Payment method will influence processing times. Paying by credit card is usually the fastest and can result in your order being shipped out within 24 hours. If sending payment through the mail, processing times will vary, depending on the mailing time for it to get here.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
We can only change the quantity or cancel an item if it has not already been processed by our warehouse. Please contact us as soon as possible to change the quantity or cancel an item. If the order is cancelled before the item is shipped out, you will get complete refund of your purchase.
You will be responsible for all shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee, if
(1) the order is cancelled after the item is shipped out. You also need to get a Return Authorization Number from us to ship it back
(2) if the order is returned due to an inaccurate / incomplete / invalid address provided when you placed the order and you decide to cancel the order
(3) if the item is refused.

You should have received a confirmation or order number as soon as you finished placing the order. If you did not receive one, please contact us immediately. Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as the order has shipped.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Do you accept returns?
Our Return Policy:
Easychoicemedical.com wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. We present our products with all the information you need to make a good purchasing decision. If, however, you purchase an item that does not fit your need, you may need to return that item.
Unfortunately we are only able to give refunds on items that have not been used. Federal Law prohibits us from taking back bathroom products that have been used (even once). If you return a bathroom product, Easychoicemedical.com is the sole discretionary source of whether or not the item is returnable.
We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received them. Special orders or custom made products, such as lift chairs or beds, cannot be returned. If you are unsure about the return policy of an item you are purchasing, we suggest you talk with customer service before making your purchase.
Refunds are given if the returned product is in the original packaging and in resellable condition. Refunds will not be granted for returned item in a package other than the original one. You are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense. A 25% restocking fee will be applied. Tax will be fully refunded.
Defective items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of easychoicemedical.com.
To return an item, contact customer service by emailing returns@easychoicemedical.com or by calling 1-877-EASY818 (877-327-9818). You will be provided with a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number is very important for making sure you get credit for your return. The RA number is necessary to issue a refund. This number must be written on the outside of the package you are returning.
Items being returned must be in the original packaging and must have all pieces intact. It must be new and unused. Once we have shipped your item, it cannot be returned until you have received it and contacted us for a RA.

Will I get shipping costs reimbursed for my return?
If you are returning an item that is shipped in error by us, we will reimburse you the delivery costs and the cost to ship the product back to us. Please call first and obtain a Return Authorization number to facilitate the process.

How much is shipping and handling?
Ground shipping to the continental US is free. For ground shipping to non-continental states or territories such as Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico there will be a $25 fee. For expedited shipping and shipping outside the US, please contact us for shipping rates.

How do you handle international shipping?
At easychoicemedical.com we do our best to get the product you need to the location you need. For shipping outside of the United States, please contact customer service at 877-EASY818 for a shipping quote. Our international shipping charges never include local taxes, duty fees, or other charges instituted by that countries government.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
You can refuse the package, or have the driver sign a damage statement. If you did not notice the damage until after delivery, contact us within 3 days of receiving the product so that we can file a claim with the carrier. After 3 days, we can no longer be responsible for the repair costs.

What about redelivery due to an address error?
Please check your shipping address carefully when you place the order. Only physical addresses are accepted. UPS and FedEx will NOT deliver to PO Box. Inaccurate / incomplete / invalid addresses may result in delay and extra cost. You will be responsible for any fees for return and re-delivery that the shipping carrier may charge.
Please also provide valid contact information such as telephone number and email address since the shipping carrier may need to contact you to schedule delivery. Invalid information may also result in process delay.
